The Happy Hour Team

Our esteemed, licensed professionals use a diverse range of evidence-based methods, including body-centered approaches like EMDR and mindfulness, practical tools such as CBT, ACT, and DBT, and deeper modalities like inner child work, attachment-based therapies, parts work, and Neuro-Affective Relational therapy. Additionally, many of our therapists are informed in Internal-Family Systems. For couples therapy, we integrate Gottman Method principles, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Prepare/Enrich to help foster stronger, more connected relationships.
