Our therapists provide a safe and confidential space for you to express your thoughts, explore your emotions, and dive deeper into recognizing how your past experiences are impacting your current situations. All with the goal to help you develop the tools to feel better in the every day, no matter what life throws at you. Our therapy team is equipped to help you with:

Our therapists hold the following licenses: PhD, LCSW, or an MFT intern is available for a reduced rate.
Please note, we serve individuals who are 18 and older.
Certain therapists can provide teletherapy to 35 states.
RATES: $60-$200 for 50 minutes.

Couples Therapy
Couples counseling provides a supportive space for any pair—whether romantic partners, family members, or close collaborators—seeking professional guidance to strengthen their relationship or deepen mutual understanding. Our approach is designed to help you navigate challenges and build healthier dynamics by fostering communication, trust, and connection.
We address a wide range of topics, including:
- Conflict resolution
- High-conflict relationships
- Improving communication
- Rebuilding trust
- Recovery and/or substance abuse within a relationship
- Infidelity
- Navigating family dynamics
- Managing life transitions such as parenting, relocation, and work/life balance
- Nurturing emotional intimacy

Our therapists provide a supportive and structured environment where partners can work together to enhance their understanding of each other to develop healthier ways to address challenges.
RATE: Starting at $245 for 50 minutes.

- Amy Jackson, LCSW-MPH and Jeannette Diddens, LCSW are trained in The Gottman Method.
- Christa Booker, MFT Intern holds a certification in Gottman Level 1.
- The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work course available, led by Amy Jackson.
